First Method

Things you will need:

  1. A clean cloth
  2. Tissue paper

The Process:

  • Turn the switch off and wait for five or six minutes to let it cool down a bit.
  • Once the TV screen is cooled down, you can proceed with the following steps.
  • Grab a piece of tissue paper, gently wipe off the visible dust on the TV screen, and discard the tissue paper.
  • Take a clean cloth and wipe the TV screen gently. Remember one thing. You cannot put pressure on the screen. You have to be very gentle; otherwise, it will cause tiny scratches on the screen.
  • If you find any oil or grease on the screen, you can just rub the area with gentle pressure using the cloth.
  • Wipe the sides of the LCD TV as well.

Second Method:

Things you will need:

  1. A clean piece of cloth
  2. Tissue paper
  3. Spray bottle
  4. Water

The Process:

  • Take a spray bottle and fill one-fourth of it with plain water.
  •  Grab the tissue paper and spray some water on it. Do not spray water directly on the TV screen because it can cause accidents.
  • Do not wet it completely. Just make it moist.
  • Now, slowly wipe the screen with the moist tissue paper. If it is becoming dirty, discard the used one and use another fresh piece of tissue paper. The moist cotton will take off any dirt or oil that has accumulated on the TV screen.
  • If all the dust and dirt have been removed, take the clean cloth and wipe off any residue left on the TV screen. Now, your Samsung LCD TV screen is clean.

Third Method

Things you will need:

  1. A container
  2. A dishwashing liquid
  3. Cotton ball
  4. Clean cloth
  5. Spray bottle

The Process:

  • Take a container and pour water into it.
  • Add one drop of any mild liquid dishwashing liquid or any mild liquid soap to it.
  • Mix it well with the water. Remember one thing the measurement is very important here. You have to dilute one drop of liquid soap with approximately 250 milliliters of water. If you add more drops of the soap, it can have adverse effects on the TV screen. The screen can be damaged or, in the worst-case scenario, it can cause accidents. So keep the water quantity more and add one drop of soap.

  • Now, take a cotton ball and dip it in the cleaning solution. Squeeze all the water out of it and start to wipe the TV screen with it.
  • The soap present in the solution will take off any oil or remove dirt from the screen’s surface. Repeat the process if necessary.
  • Now take the spray bottle and fill one-tenth of it with plain water.
  • Spray some water on the cleaning cloth and make it moist. Then, wipe the screen with its help. If you are sure that there is no soap left on the screen, you can take a fresh piece of cloth.
